Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our purpose behind the warranty is to make sure you get the most value out of our garments. We carefully hand pick each fabric and use some of the strongest stitching methods. In a world of fast fashion and impulse buys, we want people to take a slower approach and wear their clothes until there is nothing left. 

Warranty is only applicable to the original purchasers with proof of purchase. 

If you have any hardware or stitching issues, we will gladly repair all garments under warranty. All you have to do is send us back your item, and we will repair locally and send it back. If you are local, feel free to drop your item off at Wild Rabbit Vintage in East Village.

Working Blues Mfg. covers shipping costs to send out but customers are responsible for shipping costs to send back. 

 For warranty issues, please email info@workingbluesmfg.com with your name, purchase date, and the problem. We would appreciate any photos as well. We will look over the item and let you know a timeframe. We do not offer refunds for warranty claims. 

EXAMPLES OF COMMON ISSUES THAT ARE NOT COVERED: 

-Rips, tears, cuts, holes 

-Stains, fading, discoloration, color bleeding

-Fabric pilling or fabric abrasion 

-Melted buttons or fabric

-Shrinkage

-Improper care 

-Excessive sun exposure
